Peasant filling water jug
Quaint image of a peasant women filling up her water jugs. Not sure of artist or age. Minor issues on corners but all would be covered when matted.

Bourdet, Jules Joseph Guillaume ‘Jules Bourdet’ (Paris, 1799 – 1869) A very famous French lithographer more known for his satirical images. These are very intriguing hand colored lithos. Some tape stains at top and bottom but very rich, vibrant colors.

Nice antique hand colored litho by Hippolyte Bellange, very famous French illustrator. Tape stains on the top corners and slight wearing on the bottom right corner but image is clean and bright. Addition information in “About the artist” section.

La Belle Assemble-Evening Dress
A beautiful hand colored litho from 1812 from La Belle Assemblee magazine. Small hole at top of print and small tears where it was removed from magazine.

Very nice hand-colored book plate from the 1800’s. Attributed to Théodore Gericault (1791-1824). A very collectible French engraver.
